Verbum caro factum est et habitavit in nobis

Et vidimus gloriam eius,
gloriam quasi Unigeniti a Patre,
plenum gratiae et veritatis

In principio erat Verbum,
et Verbum erat apud Deum,
et Deus erat Verbum

Et vidimus gloriam eius,
gloriam quasi Unigeniti a Patre,
plenum gratiae et veritatis

“And the Word was made flesh,
and dwelt among us,
(and we beheld his glory,
the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,)
full of grace and truth.”

The Gospel of St. John | Ch. 1:14

Sanctus, sanctus, sanctus dominus deus Sabaoth
Pleni sunt coeli et terra gloria tua
Omnes unanimiter mundi nationes dicite suaviter,
iuvenes et senes

Angeli, archangeli, dominationes, cherubim et seraphim,
throni, potestates, principatus, virtutes, circumclamitantes,
voce incessabili Christum venerantes

Hosanna in excelsis

Benedictus qui venit in nomine domini
Universi populi, omnes iam gaudete,
deum trinum et unum hymnis collaudate

De coelo pro homine descendit Messias,
quem praedixit Gabriel, vates Esaias

Hosanna in excelsis
